[Localization] Romanian localization

Hi,

I would like to get involve with the Romanian localization of sugar.

I have started the translation but now I can only add sugestion.
My pootle account from https://dev.laptop.org/translate/ is
"adiroiban1"

I am also the coordinator of Ubuntu Romanian Localization Team.
I'm voluntary involved in a project for Romanian Foundation for
Children, Community and Family (http://www.frccf.org.ro/en-index.htm)
that will provide access to computer and learn children how to use
computers. It would be great if the children could use Sugar.
