[Localization] Localization for Haiti (Kreyol)

On a related front, I'd been asked to put together a "French Canadian"
keyboard for Haiti. I've not heard back yet as to whether or not what
I have sketched out here
(http://wiki.laptop.org/go/French_Canadian#krey.C3.B2l_keyboard_layout)
is adeqaute for their needs. Comments, suggestions welcome.
