[Localization] Revamping the glossary

Hi all,
Pootle has a feature which lets you have a glossary for each language,
which can be used for having an uniform terminology for each language.
This would help us avoid situations where different translators
translate the same term differently -for an example, check out ticket
#6439.
The "Terminology" feature in Pootle requires the use of a glossary POT
file[1], which has commonly used terms in the project as msgids in it.
We had a glossary.pot earlier, but it was not very effective, from
what I understand. So I wrote a small script which goes through all
the POT files that we have atm, makes a list of all terms that occur
more than once, and finally makes a POT file out of the terms. I have
attached the resultant POT file with this mail.

Do you think the attached POT file makes any sense - and are there any
other terms that you want included ?

Thanks,
Sayamindu
