[Localization] Pootle notifications

Hello,
does Pootle support e-mail notifications? I'm particularly interested in 
notifications to users when their privileges are changed.
Today I did a mass privileges update and one of the users told me he 
didn't even know about his increased rights. So, do I have to mail all 
of them? Some even are not subscribed to our mailing list.
