[Localization] Apply for the Permission of Translate and Review

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I want to apply for the permission of Translate and Review.

 

I registered my account recently. And I want to participate in the project
of translation the software into Chinese.

 

I really want to do something for the project of OLPC and Chinese children.

 

So, please provide the information about how to become a translator with
these permissions.
