[Localization] Kreyol in 8.2-757?

Hi All,

I was checking the languages in the 8.2-757 build and I'm very happy to 
see Kinywarwanda and Mongolian. I didn't see Kreyol. I checked with "K" 
and with "C".

Are we missing something? Let me know what we have to do to get Kreyol 
in the next build.

I'm trying to get people in country to try out the latest image before 
we release it so anything we can do to get the latest translations built 
in will help.

My top target countries to test in the near term are:
Haiti
Rwanda
Mongolia
