Here's what I had from the Mongolian team a few days back:


"Hey thanks for the heads up.  I thought he just sent it to us, and
had not submitted it.  I am working on the revision right now.  I'll
check online about the translation.  Sorry this guy didn't bother
trying to do it right."

I'll prefer to wait a day or two before merging the file.
