[Localization] Is there anybody in your network who might help translate Free Software to Khmer (Cambodian)?

The same statement could be made for Haiti.

Dr. Paul Farmer and Dr. Jim Kim, the founders of Partners in Health, 
with model health projects in Haiti, Rwanda and other countries, have 
used pay incentives with poor workers in the clinic areas, with great 
success.  They realize that poor people have to make a living.

I feel sure that this same situation applies to many other countries.
