[Localization] code comments

There is some very interesting discussion of the issues of 
native-language display of source code on the XO at the OLPC Wiki: 
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Source-code_editor_with_transparent_native-language_display

The Bityi project is definitely in the early stages, but there's a lot 
of potential there and I would encourage anyone on this list to 
contribute ideas on how this functionality can be brought to the XO.  
User:Homunq has done most of the work so far, but User:Hello1234 has 
provided some comments, and User:AlbertCahalan provided some critique of 
the necessity for this sort of translation at all.

While the focus so far is generally on keyword and 
variable/class/function name translation, (automatic?) translation of 
code comments is very germane to this as well.
