[Localization] Strings in TamTam po files

Hello, 

I am translating the TamTam po files on Macedonian, and found this two strings 
for which I can't figure translation, neither I know what/where are they used 
in a music application such as tamtam is:

Drunk - is this the same meaning as in Drunk (man) ?
Drone and Jump - this literally translated is kinda strange/stupid..help.
