[Localization] Self-Introduction / French translation

Hello,

I'm Samuel Bizien, a french student working on Fedora localization. I'd
like to participate to OLPC effort, as many of the developing countries
are french-speaking.

I've seen that OLPC software were not translated into french. Is there
someone working on it ?

I've also seen that there were issues about making l10n work easier
(http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/1674 ), is someone working on it ?
Will Transifex (the tool that will be used on
translate.fedoraproject.org) be the only way to translate for OLPC ?
