[Localization] [Announce] Sugar and XO Core

Hi all,
Due to Sugar missing the POT file in it's source initially (see ticket
#4991), there were some issues with Sugar translations in the XO Core
project. Now that this has been fixed, sugar.po has shown up for _all_
XO Core languages. If you have already sugar for Update 1, and if you
are the admin for your language for XO Core, you can merge the
translations by

1. Download https://dev.laptop.org/translate/XX/update1/sugar.po
(where XX is your language code)
2. Open https://dev.laptop.org/translate/XX/xo_core/ in your web browser
3. Upload the previously downloaded sugar.po through the "upload file"
links (ensure that the Merge radio button is selected)
4. Complete the remaining untranslated strings
