[Localization] [Announce] Package releases tomorrow (Dec 23rd)

Hi all,
All Update 1 module packages will be refreshed tomorrow (Dec 23rd) to
pick up the new translations. I'll also be making a tarball of the
Record translations and sending it to the developers (since Record is
not under version control) after 00:00 hrs (IST) on the 23rd.
For the rest of the modules - make sure that you use the commit button
to commit whatever translations that you have made into the master GIT
repository at dev.laptop.org.
