[Localization] Where to put .mo files for sugar?

OK I've just found the answer:
Ctrl+Alt+2 puts you in qemu administration console
Ctrl+Alt+3 puts you in the normal XO console. You can login using 
root/no password
Ctrl+Alt+1 gets you back in graphics mode.
