[Localization] [Announce] New Update 1 Project, and String Freeze

Hi all,
The Update 1 (Core) you all have been working on has been renamed to
Ship 2, since that branch was renamed to Ship 2 (and was released a
few days back).

Ship 2 is history now, so I have created a new Update 1 project at
https://dev.laptop.org/translate/projects/update1/. All the
translation work you have been doing has been moved to this project,
and at the moment, it would be best to work in this project, since
this is the next release as per http://dev.laptop.org/roadmap

The strings for a given file this project are expected to remain the
same (since things are in string freeze at the moment). However, more
files may be added to the project if any other module decides to have
a update-1 branch.

I have tried to migrate all the admin rights for the relevant
languages to the new Update 1 project, if you have access issues, feel
free to ping me on IRC/send a mail to this mailing list.

If you have any queries/comments, you are more than welcome to post
them on this list :-).

    * String Freeze (for translations): 12/8/07
    * Code Freeze: 12/15/07
    * Refresh packages to pick up translations 12/19/07
    * First Candidate Release (RC1): 12/21/07
    * Second Candidate Release (RC2): 1/4/08
    * Release of Update.1: 1/11/08
    * Quanta manufacturing start: 1/21/08
