[OLPC library] Public Release of jam2jam XO activity

jam2jam is already on ASLO

But what would be really nice is if it could be internationalized using
gettext (i18n) so that PO files could be created to localize (L10n) the UI
strings via the Sugar Labs / OLPC Pootle server.
