[OLPC library] Help the Help activity!

The control panel will only include the Help Activity when you add the URL
of the G1G1 activity pack.  Something that will be done by default in the
g1g1 release, but not until we finalize what build will be released as 8.2
To do this manually add the following URL:

http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities/G1G1

That will allow you to auto-update Help activity and others.

Also, the link you just posted to the Help-5 activity works fine for me.
