Ahh, OK. http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Manuals pointed me to OLPC_simple.
I updated it to mention the new upcoming 8.2 manuals.

Will these manuals be integrated into the Wiki elsewhere? E.g.
Release_notes/8.2.0 doesn't mention them.

How will you distinguish documentation for release 8.2.0 from
documentation for earlier releases? Unless there's a forced update plan
of which I'm unaware, for a long time some users will continue to run
7.1 ("ship.2", builds 65x) and some will run 8.1 ("Update.1", builds
703-712). I've worked at getting the links on the XO to point to
appropriate pages (Trac tickets 7778 and 8145), but if people start at
wiki.laptop.org and work down they'll stumble into info that applies to
different system software.

If you figure out a clear unobtrusive way to indicate "this information
applies to release 8.2.0", it seems wiki.laptop.org and
http://laptop.org/gettingstarted/ need it as well. This raises the
existential question, what is it that you're documenting? Is it release
8.2.0, sugar 0.82, build stream 8.2, or build 757? The only one my XO
tells me is the latter (Trac ticket 8260).

Good luck,
