Sugar on Ubuntu runs as your own user on the machine, so 'cd
~/Library'  will take you there. For activities, would be
~/Activities.

Perhaps a better place to ask about Sugar on non-XO would be
sugar at laptop.org and/or iaep at sugarlabs.org.
