[OLPC library] [Health] Health conference call - March 16 1pm EDT

I could do weekdays after 9pm EST / 1am UTC more regularly.   (UTC is a bit
more globally correct  these days :)   --SJ

ps - I've gotten some good feedback from Partners; we should think about how
we can help them become more involved, as a point for the next meeting.
