[OLPC library] status update on Floss Manual for OLPC

The Command Su - has been depreciated in newer builds.  We may need to
indicate that, and show the alternative sudo prefix to commands.  I think
that we should get a few techs from OLPC to look this over pre-layout.  I
gave it a quick glance over, and most of the material shouldn't be as
technical.
