[OLPC library] Mental Health Assessment

Someone on the OLPC Health Call was looking for things like this.

VistA includes:

VistAMental Health (MH) Addiction Severity Index Multimedia Version (ASI-MV):

    * Introduces the new functionality required to run the
commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Addiction Severity Index Multimedia
Version (ASI-MV) software.
    * Allows clinicians and patients to enter demographics and
self-administered ASI-MV interviews via a workstation using video and
audio technology.
    * Is a significant time-saver for clinicians, because clinicians
need not be present during the interview.
    * Provides the patients with privacy and appropriate time to
complete an interview.

I don't believe it is included in the WorldVistA implementation
because of copyright issues.  But perhaps this can be resolved if
WorldVistA can negotiate
agreements similar to the one with the AMA allowing use of the CPT
medical procedure codes.
