[OLPC library] Wine activity

It was done by DynEd. I don't see an open source version, but here is
their website. Someone else should contact them about an OS version
if interested -- I know they tested a version a few years back that
never saw use in many classrooms, but was effectively Wine wrapped
around their existing code.
