[OLPC library] Getting ready for the BookSprint

This is my fault for not being more on the ball on the documentation
project. But we're not documenting build 708 at the sprint. Sugar is
going through a major UI change after 708 that the documentation
sprint is supposed to be up to date on.
Dev keys are machine specific. We should either have a signed image
release for a 8.2.0 candidate or we can get you dev keys if you can
get serial numbers from the machines.
I'm not sure if the activities pack for G1G1 has been chosen yet, or
if the community is going to some input at some point. I also think
that Joe's testing program which is now ramping up to full speed,
might have some effect on this final list.
