Speex encoded audiobooks

The librivox files are hosted on archive.org and uploading them there will
not be a problem.  Also I've found out there are a number of already
converted ebooks at Gutenberg which are in the speex format.

Can you explain what you mean by visual cues?  I would have thought that
having icon representations of chapters of the book (i.e colorful number
icons) to denote each chapter and the books topic would be useful.

Finally is there a library page template I can play around with?
