You should not attribute to malice what can be attributed to
misunderstanding.

The (rather poor) convention of groups who are doing forming OLPC
deployments or interested groups etc is to call themselves OLPC $Country.
At this point it is the default, and rather hard to avoid.

For instance, there was an OLPC India group well before Satish officially
started the OLPC India office.

Amit has an @laptop.org email address and is a member of the digital bridge
foundation.  He seems to also been involved in the Khirat Pilot in

Can you cite what exactly you're talking about? Webpage, blog, news article,
wiki page?
