This is a good start. In Jamaica, we started three main grous with focus
points on Education, Technology and Outreach. We have a fourth (virtual -
has members from the first three) group which is looking at strategic issues
including funding etc. Jamaica has a similar situation in that the
government does not show interest, but the private sector has enough to get
going.
