This is an important point. If you don't have the expertise, find
someone who does!
The IT implementation aspect of OLPC is significantly simplified when
compared to many other systems, but it still isn't trivial. Different
architectures are needed for wifi/networking based on school size,
availability of Internet backhaul, etc. and I must add that this is
not the kind of problem that can be addressed by the dime-a-dozen IT
professionals one finds across India (this ain't Java or .NET).
In other words, we can't hand XOs to children, get the press to take
photos and and walk away. Sustainable implementation is very
important.
