Your experience has definitely helped in quite a few things,  the most important one being: try and avoid fitting into curriculum at the pilot stage. the details about the deployment are all very helpful and help us to avoid pitfalls like the need to prevent children tripping over the power cord.

  I'm not aware of the Give1Get1 program enough to advise on that (whether it's still running, etc.),
