[OLPC India] XO Connectivity - some ideas

Sorry to say that but I tried Hutch Edge and it NEVER worked !
Now we are using Reliance Netconnect and we are very happy with it. We
just hope Reliance will go from 1xRTT to EVDO to get a much faster
connection. As I see it, for remote areas, Reliance is the best.
