[Health] Sanitation / clean water topics

Perhaps we could do a lesson or two on the links between water and
sanitation and put that in one of the units? I agree that the linkages are
very important and shouldn't be forgotten!

Caryl, thanks for the great info via the OLPC wiki. I always forget the most
important (and what probably should be the most obvious) resources like that
one!
