[Health] Introductions to Health Digest

Looks like we have all sorts of different interests here!

I'm trying to get Jacquie and Steve on board to work on something together.
Caryl and Randy, maybe the two of you would like to do a sanitation unit
together in Etoys? I know we've been talking about this one for some time.
Caryl, you and Sameer could also tackle the idea of recording health
peripherals (would work great in Etoys but could definitely also use
Measure). What do you all think? Would anyone else like to jump in on a
topic?
