[Health] health project in GSoC 2008

Hello,
I would like to learn more about the proposed projects for this years GSoC,
I'm especially interested in working on the EKG. I see there has been some
work done related to this, could someone tell me how advanced it is and what
would be the expectations of the SoC project?
