[OLPC-GSoC] Interested in developing an email client

Hi,

I am interested in developing an email client. I have setup a wiki page 
here which outlines my goals and ideas

I understand that there have been several attempts in the past towards 
such an activity. I'd like to get it right, so I would really appreciate 
your feedback on the design or the scope.

About me: I am a student of Computer science at Jacobs University 
Bremen, Germany. I have experience working with C/C++, and for the past 
few months I have also been learning Python and pygtk.
