[OLPC-GSoC] Congrats!!!!

Yes, I really want to so something significant with accessibility.  I feel
that we need some good overarching guidance in this area, so that we are not
simply pursuing the most interesting-sounding projects over a summer, but
actually addressing comprehensively the set of accessibility issues, and
making progress towards a greater goal.  I know some excellent people at the
CAST project at the Harvard Education school, through Antonio Battro, which
I hope we can convince to take a larger role in this.

At any rate, working out an accessibility plan (and identifying existing
plans we can base ours off of) is something valuable that needs doing.  Ed,
perhaps you have some ideas here...
