I made some search and I found their website http://www.lesouk.org
here is my translation from French:
"The souk is a 100% volunteer association which 95% were under 25,
formed about 70% of medical students and junior doctors, 10% of students
from other streams and 10% of individual members, who it's aim is to
make a difference for children in a positive way.
The association Le Souk is domiciled at the Faculty of Medicine of
Algiers, where weekly meetings are held to create, develop, implement
projects and welcome new members."

just for your information there is no grassroot movement in Algiers
and there is still some work to do to finish the Arabic localization for
deployment in Arab countries.(I'm working now the translation of the XO
manual at flossmanual)
maybe we should advice them to apply for our contributors program.
