Hey all,

I've just talked with people from the ApacheCon 08 in Amsterdam
(7.-11.4.). Maybe we get set up as a non-profit table, have BoF for
discussion and bring a few laptops for people to play around.

Maybe the more interesting point now is the *"OSSummit 2008 in Hong
Kong"* (http://www.ossummit.com/2007/about/overview) (26.11. - 30.11.08)

**ABOUT THE SUMMIT –* * Two of the leading organizations in the Open
Source community, The Apache Software Foundation and the Eclipse
Foundation, have announced plans for Asia’s largest Open Source
community conference - the first of its kind in Hong Kong and China.

The organizers are basically interested in an OLPC presentation.
Therefore, a contact to a local OLPC Group in the region would be
required. Are there active communities around China?

Please reply to this post with any ideas/thoughts!

- Chris
