Hey,

I've added Ethiopia as a pilot project including documentations (conecpt &
implemention):
http://wiki.laptop.org/images/2/23/Ethiopia_ecbp_Pilot_Project_CONCEPT_v0.5.pdf
http://wiki.laptop.org/images/9/97/Ethiopia_ecbp_Pilot_Project_IMPLEMENTATION_v0.5.pdf

As I will spend the next 4 months with my diploma (2 months in Ethiopia), I
can't take
over organisation and documentation part of the Pilot Projects Working
Group, but
I will contribute as good as I can.

Regards,
Gregor
