[Grassroots-l] Starting grassroots group in Tennessee

Hello List,

I'm interested in starting a grassroots organization in Tennessee to 
support bringing OLPC to the poorest schools. I have about 15+ people 
that are interested in subscribing to a mailing list if it would be 
possible to set one up, and I would like to setup a home page on 
wiki.laptop.org

Could you please let me know what I need to do to get things going?
