[OLPC-Games] SimCity activity: please test and enjoy

Electronic Arts today announced the release of Don's Linux port of the
original SimCity under the GPL:

I'm really pleased that this has worked out; with enthusiastic work by
Don and John Gilmore, and much help from Chuck Normann and Steve
Seabolt.   You can download the current activity bundle from here:

Please test it out and lend a hand with sugarization if you can.  We
are setting up a pair of source trees; one for the released code,
which has gone through EA's quality assurance and has a bit of art
from EA, which will be called SimCity (to be sugarized and tested),
and one for a development branch, tentatively called Micropolis (to
undergo a python and l10n port, to begin with).
