[OLPC-Games] Small test/demo activity for asynchronous cameras prepared

For those who are interested in a simple-as-can-be example of using the
Camera under Pygame, there's now a "cameratest-activity" in the
games-misc project on dev.laptop.org.  It's pretty basic, you click, it
uses a test source for v4l and captures a frame.  The frames are
displayed on the window.
