Etoys is updated from 3.0.2153 in 8.2 to 4.0.2205 in 8.2.1 (build 802).

Do we need to add anything about this to the release notes?

This is primarily targeted at Uruguay, who I think are even upgrading  
from a much older build (656 according to the wiki, which had  
etoys-2.2.1796):
