[Etoys] 2 button mouse confusion

  What platform are you on?  On some platforms like Windows, there is
a VM preferences that changes the behavior of the second mouse button
as well.

  In the "default" Etoys mapping, there is not a simple key
combination to get the context menu.... But when do you want to have
it?
