Here is various fixing and enhancements to the sound related tools.

Implements SoundPlayerMorph that pops up when a aif or wav is dropped on 
Squeak.

SoundTool is a tool do deal with the SoundLibrary

A fix to KeyboardForInputMorph

A fix to GraphMorph

Fix font in ScorePlayerMorph and adds a menu choice to add tracks

Fix font in WaveEditor"
