[Etoys] Launching project from web browser

Hi folks,

I worked with Marco P. G. on launching projects from the web
activity. We got that working - if you visit a .pr file on the web it
is downloaded and placed in the frame's clipboard area (left edge).
Additionally, the etoys activity is launched, and the project is
loaded (once I published my changes).

Note this only works with direct links to a project file, not if it
is embedded as plugin in a page as we do for other squeakland
projects. So this will work on the XO:

	http://freudenbergs.de/bert/etoys/OLPC-XO-Display.pr

but this on a regular machine:

	http://squeakland.org/project.jsp?http://freudenbergs.de/bert/etoys/
OLPC-XO-Display.pr

It should work (but I have not tested this yet) to link to some
example etoys is /usr/share/etoys/ExampleEtoys from the Library html
file. Might make a nice demo.

Is there anything else on the wishlist for test1?
