[Etoys] First Squeak-based activity

Hi folks,

I made a proof-of-concept Squeak-based activity. I took the  
"DiceWars" Smalltalk file from

	http://www.swa.hpi.uni-potsdam.de/projects/olpc/

and wrapped it as an XO bundle, included an icon, patched the .st  
file to automatically open the game in a new project, and off we go :)

Screenshots and bundle attached. The bundle is actually a zip file,  
for anybody interested in looking inside.

This needs the very latest etoys package and squeak vm to work, so  
use OLPC #485 or an up-to-date sugar-jhbuild to test.
