Although I'd rather like to not change these two for every new build.  
I'd like these to stay constant, and have a directory with all the  
updates in it. To produce a runtime image, we'd make a script that  
runs the dev image, applies all updates from disk, adjusts all  
preferences, condenses sources, and saves that as etoys.image.
