[Etoys] Text Color

  Hello,

  I uploaded a change set that allows you to change the TextMorph's
text color and background color independently.  The viewer and
red-halo menu are supposed to do what they should do.

  One thing is that the previous inconsistency around #color: is
eliminated, but it may cause slight confusion.  Now, you have to call
#textColor: or #selectionColor: to change the color of text, instead
of #color:.  As far as I know, there aren't any visible problems,
including loading old projects, but you may see some things show up
wrong color.
