[Etoys] Folder names

Right now, the default project folder is named "public", contrasting  
with the "private" folder containing the generated security keys.  
"public" is the same folder that is named "My Squeak" on Windows or Mac.

This name shows up in the project chooser. There is a folder named  
"public", and inside it a folder named "Squeaklets". Both names are  
not really self-describing, so we might think about renaming them.

Perhaps even better would be to use a translation entry.
