[Etoys] Squeak OLPC2.0 image and update stream

  Hello,

  Since we should consistently use "eToys", "EToys", or "etoys" for
the base name of our projects (yeah, it's been consistent), I've
uploaded almost identical files again.  The ones in Scott's email are
still there, but let us use:

http://tinlizzie.org/olpc/etoys-dev-2.0-1111.zip -- development

There are also:

They are not really "latest", but occationally we update them.  The
latest and greatest is always available via the update stream.
